The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform visitors (hereinafter: “user”) of the website angeluswater.com about the purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data by the provider LNMH d.o.o. (hereinafter: “provider”).

This privacy policy may be changed or amended at any time, without prior notice. By using the provider’s website after a change or amendment, the user confirms that they agree to the changes and amendments.
By using the website, the user confirms that they accept and agree with the entire content of this privacy policy, unless additional consent is required for individual cases.
Our activities comply with the EU regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the national legislation of the Republic of Slovenia (the Personal Data Protection Act, ZVOP, and the Electronic Commerce Market Act, ZEPT).
Personal data
Personal data is information that identifies the user as an individual: first name, surname, email or postal address, etc.
For business purposes, the provider collects the following user data:
- basic contact details (first and last name, telephone number, email address)
- data on the use of the provider’s website (clicks on links, time spent), data regarding responses to our emails (whether a message was opened, which links were clicked)
- data the provider needs to fulfil the contract and deliver the purchased goods (the item purchased, price, delivery address, delivery time, method of payment, date of payment, complaint data, invoice data, etc.)
By registering or placing an order on the website, the user expressly agrees that the provider may use the personal data obtained (first and last name, home address, email address and any other data the user has voluntarily provided to the provider for the purpose of fulfilling the contract or order), in addition to concluding or fulfilling the contract or order (as set out in Article 10 of the applicable Personal Data Protection Act), also for direct marketing purposes through all advertising channels used by the provider (notification via phone and SMS, print media, unaddressed and addressed mail, email, etc.), and for statistical and market analysis, marketing profiling and segmentation related to direct marketing.
The user will be informed of the option to withdraw consent for direct marketing via email in every email message.
The provider will take the user’s request for withdrawal into account and will consistently arrange the withdrawal of consent for direct marketing purposes via the relevant or all advertising channels within 15 days at the latest, and will notify the user of this in writing or in another agreed manner within a further five days. The user shall not bear any costs in this regard. The provider also guarantees all other rights in accordance with applicable legislation, as set out below.
The provider does not collect or process personal data except where the user enables or consents to this, i.e. when ordering products or services, subscribing to newsletters, participating in a prize draw, etc., or where there is a legal basis for collecting personal data or the provider has a legitimate interest in the processing.
The provider collects and processes personal data on the following legal bases:
- law and contractual relations
- consent of the individual
- legitimate interest
Data processing
The provision of personal data is a contractual obligation necessary for concluding and performing the contract with the provider. If the user does not provide the personal data, the user cannot conclude a contract with the provider, and the provider will not be able to perform the services or deliver the products under the contract, as it will not have the data required to perform the contract. The purpose of using the data is:
- communicating with the user regarding the provision of services and responding to user enquiries
- concluding a contract with the user and fulfilling the obligations arising from the concluded contract
- marketing communication with the user (sending emails and SMS messages)
- asserting any legal claims and resolving disputes with the user
- statistical analyses of the sale of our goods and of the use of our website
Data retention
The provider retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data was collected. Personal data that the provider processes on the basis of law is retained for the period prescribed by law. Basic personal data is retained for as long as the user has the status of a registered user on the provider’s website. Personal data processed on the basis of the user’s consent is retained permanently or until the user withdraws their consent. Invoice data is retained for 10 years from issue. Data required for concluding and performing the sales contract is retained for a further 5 years from performance of the contract or delivery of the goods. Once the retention period has expired, the provider deletes the personal data or processes it so that it can no longer be linked to the user.
Access to data
The provider does not disclose the user’s personal data to, or allow it to be accessed by, third parties outside the provider’s company, except contractual partners who have a contract with the provider under which they carry out certain data-processing tasks and are bound to comply with the legislation on the processing and protection of personal data. The provider’s contractual partners are:
- delivery service providers
- providers of IT/software solutions
- marketing service providers
Contractual partners may only process personal data within the scope of our authorisation and not for their own purposes.
User rights
The user has the right to access, review and delete personal data. The user may address a request to the provider to change their data.
Publication of changes
The provider will publish any changes to the privacy policy on this website. By using the provider’s website, the user confirms that they accept and agree with the entire content of the provider’s privacy policy.
